The Cove at Dubai Creek Harbour
The Cove 1 by Emaar is a collection of mid and low-rise buildings strategically located on the left side of Creek Island, right at the island’s entrance. Many of these buildings offer prime canal-facing views, while some also boast stunning vistas of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Currently, The Cove 1 features three completed buildings, with additional phases under construction and set for handover in Q1 2026 called The Cove 2.
